Terms of use

Friendly ground rules so AccessHub stays useful and kind for everyone.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Using AccessHub

AccessHub is free to use. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Access information is a guide

Details come from Google, venues and visitors, and things change. Match levels and AI suggestions are a helping hand, not a guarantee — please check with the venue before you travel, especially for anything essential.

Posting reviews and tips

  • Share honest, first-hand experiences.
  • Be respectful — no abuse, hate, spam or personal details of others.
  • You keep ownership of what you post, but let us show it on AccessHub.
  • We may remove posts that break these rules.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. We can suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Copyright

AccessHub, including its name, logo, design, text and code, is © Stephen Munro. All rights reserved. Please don’t copy or reuse it without permission. Reviews stay owned by the people who wrote them, and place details from Google belong to Google and its partners.

Other websites

We link to Google Maps, venue websites and, in future, booking sites. We’re not responsible for their content. If we ever earn commission from a link, we’ll say so clearly.

Liability

We do our best to keep things accurate but can’t accept liability for losses from relying on information on the site, except where the law says we must.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Questions? hello@accesshub.example.
